Mr. Harry Leong, a seasoned investigator with extensive years of experience in both the Public and private sector, spent nearly twenty years in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Singapore Police Force as a white-collar and serious major crime investigator.
He was involved in many successful covert operations ranging from theft to kidnapping and Harry held appointments from Senior Investigation Officer (SIO) to Deputy Officer in-Charge (DOC) of housebreaking and robbery team.
At present he is personally directing the private and corporate investigations of Spyrrus Tech Pte Ltd.

Mr. Matthews, the Director of Spyrrus Tech Pte Ltd, is responsible for the daily running of the company.
A former police officer who contributed significantly to the Criminal Intelligence Department during most of his tenure with the Singapore Police Force. Prior to embarking on his private practice, Matthews spent the later part of his journey in the police force with investigations in the land dvisions.
His investigation scope during the active days in the police involved covert operations ranging from theft to kidnapping and he was a senior investigation officer (SIO) with the anti-housebreaking and robbery team.
Matthews has gained considerable expertise in intelligence gathering and puts to great use with the successful collaborations with renown law firms.
